Senior Financial Analyst (E-Commerce, FP&A & Analytics)

ThriftBooks is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support its fast-paced e-commerce environment. The role involves financial reporting, financial modeling, forecasting, and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or a related analytical role
• Strong foundation in financial analysis, modeling, and accounting principles (GAAP)
• Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience working with large-scale datasets (Snowflake or similar)
• Experience with Mode Analytics, Power BI, and Planful (or similar planning tools)
• Proven ability to connect financial results to operational drivers in an e-commerce or high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
• Highly self-directed with strong attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
