Senior Financial Analyst (E-Commerce, FP&A & Analytics)

ThriftBooks is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support a fast-paced e-commerce environment. The role will provide exposure to the full company P&L with a strong focus on profitability, cash flow, and operational execution.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or a related analytical role
  • Strong foundation in financial analysis, modeling, and accounting principles (GAAP)
  • Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience working with large-scale datasets (Snowflake or similar)
  • Experience with Mode Analytics, Power BI, and Planful (or similar planning tools)
  • Proven ability to connect financial results to operational drivers in an e-commerce or high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
  • Highly self-directed with strong attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA a plus, but not required)
