Brand Partnerships Manager plays a key role in shaping long-term business partnerships with leading brands globally, showcasing TikTok’s innovative advertising solutions, and guiding partners throughout the entire funnel – from brand storytelling to performance-driven growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as Client Partner, Industry Manager, Sales Manager, Account Director, Digital Marketing Manager in brand, agencies, media and tech companies.
  • Demonstrated experience in media sales, full-funnel advertising and digital marketing.
  • Strong commercial/sales skills and understanding of the media, advertising and creative landscape.
  • Knowledge and understanding of tracking (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP), attribution (MMM, MTA) and measurement (BLS, CLS, ULS).
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and adapt quickly to constant change.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • High written and oral proficiency in Italian is required as this role will work with regional clients.
