Data Scientist – DCC, Data Acquisition

Data Scientist on the Supply team will drive data-informed strategies to understand user behavior and optimize engagement across the TikTok platform. Responsibilities include analyzing user data, researching industry benchmarks, designing experiments, and developing predictive models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data science or analytics roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data manipulation and analysis
• Solid foundation in statistics: hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
