Role Overview
The TikTok Ads Creative and Ecosystem team is seeking an experienced Product Marketing and Operations Manager who will be focused on Partner Success. This role is critical in providing operational support throughout the product development lifecycle and ensuring success across key products and business initiatives.
What You Will Do
Drive execution of go-to-market plans, analyze user behavior, uncover new product and business opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support relationship-building efforts with external AI partners.

Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in a product marketing/operations role in AI landscape, or roles in the tech/ad industry

- Analytical, data-sensitive, and goal-driven
- Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial and error iterations, and constantly improving
