Role Overview
The Global Strategic Brand Partnerships Director will lead the GKA Global Partnerships Team in driving revenue and building long-term industry leadership for TikTok Shop. The team manages $4B+ global brands and top advertisers, and the Director will be responsible for recruiting and nurturing long-term relationships with these brands.
What You Will Do
The Director will produce GKA-based solutions, participate in process design and execution, and support the implementation of objectives. They will also analyze business settings and objectives, identify areas of improvement, and drive optimization of products and services.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in global brands, agencies, and/or e-commerce platforms, and strong capabilities in relationship building. They will also have a solid understanding of social/livestream e-commerce and content marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and above
- 5 years+ work experience
- Proven experience working in global brands, agencies, and/or e-commerce platform’s key accounts solutions
- Strong capabilities in relationship building
- Able to produce effective presentations and influence clients
- Solid understanding of social/livestream e-commerce and content marketing
