As a Senior Data Scientist on TikTok’s User Growth Team, you will drive user growth through technology, conduct insightful analysis, and optimize architectures and systems to fuel business development and evolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields
• 3+ years of work experience
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SQL, Python and R
• Mastery of analytical methods including regression, classification, clustering, machine learning, A/B testing and causal inference
