The Account Manager/Category Manager will support merchants through all stages of their lifecycle on the platform, driving sales growth, seller management, and category initiatives.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Seller/User Acquisition or equivalent fields.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; logical thinking and analytical capability (data manipulation, Excel).
- Customer-focused mindset and experience in client-facing roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment whilst remaining collaborative, entrepreneurial, and self-driven.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to make fast decisions; effective and creative problem-solving skills.
