Vietnam Agency Partner Manager – Scaled Growth

The Vietnam Agency Partner Manager – Scaled Growth is a key role in TikTok’s Scaled Growth Team, responsible for managing relationships with advertising agencies, driving deals to closure, and providing top-notch sales and customer service. The role involves brainstorming and implementing advertising solutions on TikTok’s products, analyzing data to execute the agency strategy, and collaborating with internal teams globally.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ad-tech sales or agency media planner or strategy roles
• Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms, the ad-tech ecosystem and ad measurement metrics for branding and performance
• Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin
• Excellent verbal and written English and Vietnamese communication skills
• Ability to be goal-oriented, take initiative, work independently within a team environment
