We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing TLT Mechanics international Sales team in Vilnius, Lithuania. The team is focused on plastic injection molding services across the Europe.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development with international industrial clients (experience in contract manufacturing or service-based industries is a big plus)
- Proven track record of closing large-scale deals (500k EUR and above)
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly in contract discussions
- Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher, as it will be the primary working language
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and organize effectively
