Our client is a leading designer, manufacturer, and distributor of packaging solutions. We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead revenue strategy, manage the sales team, and drive consistent, profitable growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 2+ years of sales leadership or team management experience
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and managing sales pipelines
  • Strong forecasting and analytical capabilities
  • Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or related industries preferred
  • Highly organized with strong accountability and follow-through
