Role Overview

The Sales Analytics & Planning Manager plays a crucial role in achieving the sales targets of the Professional Services department. As a business partner to the sales leaders, you will support sales analysis, forecasting management, annual planning, and GTM strategy execution. You will create weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast reports, analyze pipelines, design territories and quotas for annual planning, define and track KPIs, design and manage QBR data, monitor sales policies and implement them on the ground, and collaborate with global teams.

What You Will Do

Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts for the Professional Services department and support sales leaders’ global reporting. Analyze commit, best-case, and risk cases, and provide appropriate suggestions. Design and implement territory design and quota settings for annual planning (G4G) based on data and fairness. Analyze pipeline situations regularly and identify challenges, risks, and upsides to support sales leaders’ decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in sales analysis, forecasting management, or business analysis
  • Experience in forecasting and pipeline management in consulting or SI services, or SaaS businesses
  • Experience in territory design and quota settings for annual planning or strong interest
  • Advanced data collection, analysis, and visualization skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or other tools
  • Ability to analyze and combine multiple data sources
  • Experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards (Org62), Tableau, Snowflake, and other analysis tools
  • Understanding of business rules, such as sales policies and booking rules, and ability to implement them on the ground
  • Logical problem-solving skills, ability to cooperate with other departments, and ability to negotiate and respond to new requirements and situations
  • Ability to work with global teams and deliver results
  • Business-level English (for global reporting)
