We’re looking for a Senior Manager to lead the strategic design, development, and delivery of the Transport for NSW Customer Experience System. The role involves leading large-scale product portfolios, developing product strategies, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Requirements
- Experience in DXP, digital platforms, customer channel development, and/or CRMs systems is essential.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale product or program portfolios, with responsibility for strategy, planning, and delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong understanding of customer experience principles, service design, and the use of insights, data, and feedback to inform decision-making and measure impact
