Role Overview
The Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing personalized, data-driven lifecycle marketing programs across multiple international markets, driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty, and revenue.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will lead the planning, creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns across multiple international markets, develop and manage automated customer lifecycle programs, and build and execute customer journey strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Retention Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
- Proven experience developing and executing customer lifecycle strategies across multiple customer touchpoints.
- Experience managing automated customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and personalization programs.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and re-engagement principles.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) for performance analysis, audience development, reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to effectively communicate strategy, performance, and recommendations to stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong copywriting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for data-driven marketing, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
