Trex is seeking a Sales Representative/Account Manager to manage key customer relationships, grow and develop new business, and foster a “people first” culture.

Requirements

  • Put safety first
  • Lead and foster our “people first” culture
  • Serve as primary contact for day-to-day responsibilities for all top distributor locations
  • Develop and leverage strong business relationships with key distributor contacts
  • Develop and leverage key geographic contacts and maintain established call frequency for defined national account customers
  • Manage established dealer network while prospecting for new accounts and developing markets
  • Develop and execute annual business plan with Regional/District Sales Manager
  • Establish KPI targets in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager
  • Manage individual travel and expense budget
  • Effectively manage co-op funding within primary distributor responsibility
