Associate Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Associate Marketing Manager will play a hands-on role in helping shape some of the most recognized and beloved wine brands in America, from category leaders like Sutter Home to premium growth brands like SEAGLASS. The role will involve connecting consumer insights to strategy, and bringing ideas to life in the marketplace.

What You Will Do

The Associate Marketing Manager will help bring strategy and execution together across some of the wine industry’s most recognized brands. This will involve supporting the development of annual brand plans, go-to-market strategies, and frameworks and partnerships that drive growth across distribution tiers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• One to two years of relevant brand marketing experience within the alcohol beverage industry, CPG, or another industry requiring similar brand-building, analytical, and project-management capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across functions and levels of the organization.
• Strong presentation-building and storytelling skills, including the ability to create clear, compelling, and visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, and related tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and sound business judgment, with the ability to translate data and long-term brand vision into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, exercise initiative, and prioritize independently with limited direction.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and project-management skills.
• Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and willingness to support the business during key priorities, including occasional evening and weekend events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
