Senior Manager Group FP&A-Reporting & Analitics

This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of Group Finance, shaping financial performance and influencing strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A and/or Controlling within a multinational, matrix-structured organisation
• Proven people management experience
• Strong expertise in management reporting, financial modelling and performance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools such as Power BI, HFM or SAP SAC is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset combined with solid business understanding
• Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders
• Proactive, structured and comfortable operating in a complex, fast-paced environment
