People Operations Specialist

Role Overview

Truecaller is looking for a People Operations Specialist to run the core of how People Ops works day to day: compensation and benefits, compliance, HR systems, and employee experience. The role involves onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management, as well as compensation and benefits management.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management, including employment contracts and background checks. They will also manage payroll input, compensation and benefits, and employee and leadership support.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on experience as a People Operations Specialist, HR Coordinator, or HR Generalist
• A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong structure and a sharp eye for detail
• A doer mindset: you’re comfortable making sound operational calls on your own
• The ability to prioritize well when things move fast
• A mix of creative problem-solving and process discipline, and a habit of looking for ways to make things work better
• Fluent English, written and spoken
