Role Overview
The Senior Sales Planning Manager is responsible for assisting with sales activation activities, execution of the business unit’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and the team’s attainment of Prepared business goals.
What You Will Do
Assist with creating and evaluating investment alternatives using customer segmentation data, assist with strategy development and executional sales elements of the FS Prepared brands/categories throughout the planning process, and utilize reporting to monitor FS Prepared AOP performance and offer insights on areas of opportunity.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in customer/trade marketing, sales, marketing & sales analytics, or category management
- MBA or master’s degree in quantitative field preferred
- Demonstrated financial acumen, with joint growth planning experience a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Strong ability to articulate complex information in a concise manner and with proper context
- Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence cross-functional team members
- Intermediate-Advanced level for MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams
- Prior experience with Tyson CRM preferred
- Excellent planning and project management skills
- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Business acumen and ownership
- Able to effectively maneuver through ambiguous situations
- Forecasting and model building experience
