FP&A Analyst

Role Overview

The FP&A Analyst will provide decision support across critical initiatives, focusing on financial modeling, statistical analysis, and business informatics. The role will involve building and maintaining financial reports and dashboards, as well as supporting the firmwide expense charge-out framework.

What You Will Do

The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for financial reporting and planning, building and maintaining financial reports and dashboards, and supporting the firmwide expense charge-out framework. They will also refactor and migrate reporting workflows into scalable SQL-based models and coordinate with engineering teams on sourcing and validating data for reporting.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative, resourceful, and experienced with project management
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code) and data management practices
• SQL experience required (BigQuery preferred)
• Python, dbt, and Git experience is a plus
• Front-end development (e.g. React) to support the design of dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus
