Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development / Origination Manager to identify, structure, negotiate, and close real estate and land-related transactions across the Czech Republic. The role covers the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing and first contact through negotiation and closing, with responsibility for building and maintaining a strong and healthy commercial pipeline.
What You Will Do
You will own and manage a personal origination pipeline end-to-end, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach.
