Unison is a telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm that is expanding rapidly and looking for a Business Development / Origination Manager to identify, structure, negotiate, and close real-estate and land-related transactions in Portugal.
Requirements
- Own and manage a personal origination pipeline end-to-end
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline development and deal closings
- Monitor pipeline health through KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasting
- Contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation, and origination processes
- Support strategic initiatives and market development activities in Portugal
