Role Overview

Join Julius Baer’s Analytics and Transformation team to implement new technologies, manage change initiatives, develop predictive models, and perform financial and economic analysis to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management.

What You Will Do

Lead and support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives, collaborate with internal IT and external providers, design and develop predictive models, work closely with senior stakeholders, and execute regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports.

This role requires a Master or Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields, at least 5 years of Banking experience with focus on Compliance, Risk Management and Legal, and strong communication and database programming skills.

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences in STEM fields
• At least 5 years of Banking experience with focus on Compliance, Risk Management and Legal
• Proven experience in managing audit and regulatory expectations
• Strong communication skills
• Strong database programming skills (e.g. SQL)
• Proficient in programming (e.g. in Python, R, or Java)
• Experience in project management or business analysis
• Fluent in English
