As our founding GTM and Business Recruiter, you’ll build the talent engine that will power UniversalAGI’s hypergrowth, working directly with the CEO and founding team to identify, engage, and build out business teams. This is a role for someone who’s ready to solve some of humanity’s hardest recruiting challenges and define what exceptional recruiting looks like in the age of AI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of high-volume full cycle business and sales recruiting
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing outstanding talent quickly
- Expert in sourcing strategies and tools
- Demonstrated success recruiting for specialized business roles
