Role Overview
The Data Analyst, Admissions plays a critical role in supporting institutional decision-making by transforming admissions, financial aid, and revenue data into actionable insights.
What You Will Do
Build predictive models to support application and enrollment yield, financial aid impact, revenue optimization, and enrollment forecasts. Analyze admissions funnel data, develop dashboards and recurring reports, and monitor KPIs related to enrollment, discount rate, melt, retention, and revenue.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of relevant experience
- 2 years of experience in higher education, enrollment management, or finance preferred
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Strong experience with SQL and Excel preferred
- Experience building predictive models and forecasts using tools such as R, Python, or advanced Excel preferred
