We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager (Senior Client Partner) to lead the Poland market, driving revenue through direct advertisers and agency partnerships, and expanding relationships with top brand advertisers and media agencies.
Requirements
- Own and grow X’s revenue in Poland
- Build and expand relationships with top brand advertisers and media agencies
- Drive new business development while scaling existing strategic accounts
- Lead commercial conversations including agency trading agreements and negotiations
- Act as a trusted advisor on digital strategy, media planning, and performance solutions
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Partner cross-functionally with Client Solutions Managers to ensure flawless campaign execution
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Represent X at key industry events and within the Polish advertising ecosystem
