Growth Product Manager – F&O

Role Overview

As a Growth Product Manager – F&O, you’ll drive business growth and customer engagement across the F&O product, owning initiatives focused on activation, reactivation, revenue and ARPAU improvement. You’ll work closely with the Product Manager and business stakeholders to spot growth opportunities and translate business problems into clear, well-structured requirements.

You’ll drive initiatives that improve key F&O growth metrics — activations, reactivations, engagement and ARPAU. You’ll analyze business and customer data to uncover growth opportunities, funnel gaps and areas of improvement.

Requirements

• 3–7 years in Product Management, Growth, Business/Product Strategy, Fintech or a similar role
• F&O exposure: Hands-on experience with, or strong exposure to, F&O trading products
• Commercial sense: A strong understanding of business metrics, revenue levers and growth metrics
• Growth track record: Experience working on initiatives involving activation, reactivation, ARPAU, conversion or revenue improvement
• BRD craft: Experience creating Business Requirement Documents and translating business problems into clear requirements
• Product partnership: Understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience working closely with Product Managers
• Analytical rigour: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities through data
• Stakeholder management: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across Business, Product and Analytics
• Ownership: The ability to work independently and drive business initiatives from problem identification through implementation and measurement
