Inside Sales Associate

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Associate will respond to customer inquiries, process orders, and provide quotes on pricing, delivery, and payment terms. They will also support outside sales representatives and track open orders, backorders, and project statuses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or electrical distribution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Eclipse or Solar ERP
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities
