Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and people-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our inbound team. In this role, you will connect with prospective and current community members over the phone and in-person, introduce them to Vamos Health’s membership model, and guide them through enrollment.
What You Will Do
You will contact prospective and current community members by phone to introduce Vamos Health membership plans, clearly explain membership benefits, pricing, and what to expect, and guide prospects through the enrollment process from first contact to completed sign-up.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will be evaluated on call quality and professionalism, accuracy of enrollment data, adherence to compliance guidelines, and responsive participation in coaching sessions and training.
Requirements
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English — spoken and written
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfort with a metrics-driven environment and accountability to daily and pay-period targets
- Basic computer literacy — ability to navigate enrollment systems and CRM tools
- Reliable, punctual, and self-directed in a structured call center environment
- U.S. work authorization (W-2 role)
