Role Overview
This role exists to own and scale Aspora’s paid acquisition engine across the US, UK, and UAE. Performance marketing at Aspora isn’t a reporting function. It is the primary lever for user growth in regulated, cross-border markets where every dollar of spend needs to earn its place.
What You Will Do
Run campaigns daily, not quarterly. Partner with creative, product, and analytics teams to ship experiments, read signals fast, and act on them. Own end-to-end paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic channels across US, UK, and UAE markets.
Why It Might Be a Fit
3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in consumer apps or fintech with multi-market exposure. Deep working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads at the structural level. Analytical by default: fluent in GA4, MMPs, Excel/Sheets, and able to answer’so what’ from data rather than just report numbers.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Deep working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads at the structural level
- Experienced running campaigns in international markets (US, UK, UAE, or similar)
- Analytical by default: fluent in GA4, MMPs, Excel/Sheets
- Proven track record managing OEM partnerships, ad networks, and affiliate programs end-to-end
