At Vanta, we’re scaling our Sales team with customer-focused Account Executives who will take ownership of their entire sales cycle and help build our sales motion as we move up market. Vanta is growing quickly, profitable, and continually outpacing our growth targets while maintaining strong NPS scores.
Requirements
- Full-cycle closing and quota-carrying role 4+ years with consistent sales targets
- Self-sourcing pipeline by hunting/cold calling into SMB/Mid-Market prospects
- B2B SaaS experience, preferably in SMB and Mid-Market
- Highly empathetic to customers with a proven track record of long-term customer retention
- Technical competency to understand Vanta’s software and build great relationships with highly technical prospects
- Stellar problem-solving chops and an enthusiasm for making a large impact early on at a start-up
- Open to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
