Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will aggressively prospect and generate new business with organizations that employ or plan to employ. The role involves building and maintaining a pipeline through outbound activity, owning the full sales cycle, and meeting or exceeding defined revenue and new client acquisition targets.

The Business Development Manager will engage decision-makers across HR, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Legal functions, conduct discovery conversations, present the organization’s sponsorship model, and align offerings with client priorities.
