Role Overview

The Director of Revenue Operations owns the revenue funnel end-to-end, identifying leaks, forecasting, and reporting on revenue performance. They partner with revenue leadership and the executive team on board reporting, re-forecasts, and business reviews.

What You Will Do

The Director will own the revenue funnel, find leaks, own forecasting and pipeline management, set reporting cadence, partner with revenue leadership, and build pipeline coverage and capacity models.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations or a related field
  • Experience in building and scaling revenue operations processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
