Role Overview
Verse Medical is building a modern software infrastructure to make healthcare more efficient. The Data Analyst will partner with functional leaders to build metrics, dashboards, and analyses that drive business decisions.
What You Will Do
The Data Analyst will spearhead end-to-end analytics, understand trends in operational and customer data, and design algorithms/models to solve specific business problems.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics engineering
- Strong experience writing SQL and Python for analysis, automation, and lightweight modeling
- Experience building and driving adoption of dashboards (Metabase, Looker Tableau, PowerBI, or similar)
- Experience developing custom metrics, scoring algorithms, or classification models to solve specific business problems
- Experience performing exploratory analysis with minimal direction on ambiguous, open-ended business questions
