Role Overview

Join Vertiv’s new Finance Data & AI Analytics capability in Cluj-Napoca and help turn finance data into trusted, automated, decision-ready insight. The role combines financial analytics, BI reporting, data engineering concepts, process automation, and practical AI/LLM usage.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain finance dashboards, KPIs, and standardized reporting in Power BI, aggregate and interpret financial statistics, and automate recurring reporting and data workflows using Python and Power Automate.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, process automation, financial systems, or related disciplines.
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI and DAX, experience publishing reports and automating workflows.
• Practical SQL skills and experience handling, transforming, and validating large datasets.
• Demonstrated experience with Python and automation/RPA tools for repeatable analytics or reporting processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills with high attention to detail and data quality.
