Role Overview
Responsible for financial planning and analysis, working with the Corp. & regional Finance team, and collaborating with GBU functions across all LOBs and all regions.
What You Will Do
Performing variance analysis, identifying improvement opportunities, and performing adhoc analysis per requirements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Good analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and experience with Oracle, Hyperion, and BI tools are preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or M.B.A
- More than 2 years experience with financial analysis, cost accounting, financial planning or relevant in a multinational company
- Good communication skills in both English and native language
- Good analytical skills including consolidation, variance analysis and drill down capability and good problem-solving skill
- Self motivated, strong sense of service and cooperation
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with Oracle, or another ERP system
- Experience with Hyperion Essbasse or Hyperion Financial Management
- Experience with BI tools such as Power Query & Power BI
- Experience with Python, IBM-TM1, SQL, VBA
