Global Operations Data Analyst

Role Overview

The Global Operations Data & Analytics Specialist is the central data integration point that links regional teams to a unified global reporting architecture. This role enables executive decision-making by consolidating operational performance data across 30+ manufacturing plants and 5 regions into actionable intelligence.

What You Will Do

Own the data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the Global Operations Scorecard across all metric categories, drive data governance standards, develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform data analysis, and evaluate existing business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or related technical field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience building data management, analytics, and reporting solutions
• SQL proficiency (intermediate to advanced)
• Microsoft Power BI expertise
• Working knowledge of Oracle ERP (order processing, inventory management, material planning modules)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally
• Self-directed with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines independently
• Familiarity with AI analytics
• Experience with Smartsheet for project tracking and collaboration
