Sales Operations & Support Manager

Role Overview

The Sales Operations & Support Manager will oversee export shipment and collateral management, product and engineering interaction, risk mitigation and process optimization, inventory, SIOP, and product lifecycle management, and export order dashboard and Interco communication management. This role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to create and manage comprehensive documentation systems. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to track design freeze, compliance sign-off, and production readiness of new or updated electrical/mechanical products intended for export.

What You Will Do

The Sales Operations & Support Manager will plan, schedule, and coordinate the export of goods, including transportation, documentation, and customs requirements. They will ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods to meet customer expectations and avoid penalties or delays. The role also involves maintaining export Smartsheet on a regular basis, sharing weekly OB and sales reports with LOB/region classification and tables, and uploading and maintaining Interco order status on EBO for respective regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma or equivalent of 5-10 years’ experience
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in process improvement or organizational development projects
• Additional / Preferred Qualifications: Background in Thermal/ Power, Experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies, Six Sigma / Lean certifications / PMP or any other Project Management certification
