Role Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of sales and account strategies that contribute to organizational growth and align with corporate objectives.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans for the assigned region to achieve revenue and growth targets. Drive ownership strategies for key accounts and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and building strategic partnerships
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and manage client relationships
