Role Overview

Ensure the growth of credit in a safe and secure manner for the bank, following policies and regulations.

Develop the corporate and individual customer base, mobilize deposits, and perform related tasks to manage loan accounts and disbursements.

Requirements

• Major: Finance-Banking, Economics, Investment, International Economics, Accounting-Auditing, Business Management, Marketing, Securities, or related fields.
• Age: Not over 30 years old at the time of application.
• Skills: Develop sales plans, sales, marketing, build and manage relationships, communication, negotiation.
• Knowledge: Have knowledge of banking products and services, identify, track, evaluate, and propose solutions to prevent and minimize risks in sales work.
