Sales Operations Analyst

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Analyst will serve as the primary operational liaison between Visual Comfort Direct and acquired entity, supporting successful integration, operational execution, and ongoing management of the acquired business within the VCD ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Manage daily operational escalations, oversee item setup and product lifecycle management, coordinate inventory feed integrations, and monitor operational KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in operational integration from M&A or divisional operations, effective communication skills, and strong organizational and time management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of experience in operational integration from M&A or divisional operations
• Experience working with global teams or vendors preferred
• Strong aptitude for and proficiency navigating CRM and Order Management systems
