GTM Engineer

Role Overview

The GTM Engineer will own the GTM infrastructure end-to-end, sitting at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Data. They will define the strategy, build the workflows, run them, and iterate. The role requires 2–6 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, BizOps, or Growth Ops in a SaaS or startup that scaled.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include pipeline generation and qualification, GTM tooling and automation, CRM and data hygiene, and GTM analytics. The GTM Engineer will design and maintain automated lead sourcing workflows, build enrichment pipelines, and define ICP scoring models and qualification criteria.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, BizOps, or Growth Ops in a SaaS or startup that scaled
  • Strong skills with tools and a desire to build from the ground up (CRM, spreadsheets, automation)
  • Structured thinking and prioritization skills
  • Comfortable working directly with founders
  • Fluent in French, professional English
