Senior People Partner – GTM HRBP

We are looking for a Senior People Partner – GTM HRBP to join our dynamic and agile People team. As a People/HR Business Partner, you will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to help our teams develop Sales high performance teams. You will be responsible for fostering a High-Performance Culture, providing strategic People guidance, employee relations & compliance, performance program, data-drive, and exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a People/HR Business Partner
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one key functional competency (Rewards, Compliance, Talent, or Learning & Development)
• Proven ability to act as a trusted People advisor, effectively coaching leaders to enhance their effectiveness and performance
• Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment
