Ad Ops Coordinator

Role Overview

The Ad Ops Coordinator is an essential member of our media team who helps ensure digital campaigns run smoothly and deliver measurable results for our clients. This entry-level position involves assisting with campaign setup, tracking, quality assurance, and performance reporting across various platforms.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include building and implementing digital tracking assets, performing quality assurance checks, pulling campaign performance data, and compiling performance reports. You will also assist with the creation and deployment of floodlight and pixel tags, participate in ongoing training, and support campaign execution within The Trade Desk platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
• Internship experience in digital media
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, formatting, and pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
