Role Overview
Join our team as a Digital Growth Manager, leading end-to-end conversion rate optimization initiatives across web and mobile platforms, driving measurable revenue impact and continuous improvement of the customer journey.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a global CRO strategy, own the experimentation roadmap, identify high-impact opportunities, and act as a strategic partner to Product and Marketing leadership.

Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering measurable revenue impact
- Hands-on experience with experimentation

- Expertise in experimentation tools
- Understanding of funnel analysis, event tracking and data integrity
- Ability to work with data directly
- Strong business acumen and ability to prioritize for impact
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
