Financial Analyst – Boreal

Role Overview

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to serve as a financial business partner to Boreal International, a Watsco subsidiary specializing in HVAC/R distribution across Latin America and the Caribbean.

What You Will Do

Lead monthly close process, manage journal entries and reconciliations, develop margin analysis, monitor inventory trends, conduct variance analysis, create ad-hoc financial models, and build dashboards and reporting tools.

Must be fluent in English and Spanish, proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years accounting or financial analysis experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Proficiency with Excel and financial reporting systems
