Student Help – Market Research and Business Development position supports Bradley’s Business Development Management (BDM) Team in researching and tracking construction projects, managing CRM data, and conducting market analysis across key sectors.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable summaries
  • Basic understanding of database management and data entry, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a part-time, professional setting
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset with a willingness to learn new tools, ask questions, and take on new challenges
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
