Head of Revenue Operations

Location: Reading (Hybrid) | Salary: Competitive

We’re hiring a Head of Revenue Operations to drive process excellence, data integrity, and forecasting accuracy across our Go-To-Market teams.

Sitting between Finance, Data, and Sales & Marketing, this high-impact role will own CRM standards, optimise systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong), and ensure revenue data is accurate, consistent, and trusted.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and enforce revenue processes and CRM best practice
  • Improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility
  • Partner with Finance, Data, and GTM leadership
  • Deliver training and drive adoption across teams
  • Manage commission plans and GTM tech stack optimisation

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in Revenue Operations / Sales Operations
  • Strong Salesforce & forecasting expertise
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders
  • Data-driven, process-focused mindset
