Role Overview
Manage, coach, and develop a team of experienced engineers and engineering managers to build high-quality capabilities with modern technology. Ensure adherence to the Banking Platform Architecture and meeting non-functional requirements with each release.
What You Will Do
Partner with architects and engineers to incorporate Wells Fargo Technology technical strategies, identify and recommend opportunities for driving escalated resolution of technology roadblocks, and determine appropriate strategy and actions to act as an escalation partner for scrum masters and the teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading software engineering teams, a strong understanding of Platform Engineering, infrastructure and developer enablement practices, and experience building and operating highly available, scalable, secure and resilient enterprise platforms and services.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
