Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the marketing organization, ensuring that the department’s people, processes, systems, and resources function efficiently and effectively in support of enterprise priorities.

What You Will Do

Core responsibilities include developing and maintaining operational processes, managing departmental budgets, coordinating vendor onboarding and contract administration, and supporting cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Associates Business Administration/Management or Bachelors Business Communications or Bachelors Marketing or Bachelors Operations Management or Bachelors Health Administration or Bachelors Other / Related Field
  • 3 years additional – Additional years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of minimum education requirement.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
  • Change management or business process improvement certifications Upon Hire Preferred
